Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)


Sewage treatment is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from household sewage. Physical, chemical, and biological processes are used to remove contaminants and produce treated wastewater (or treated effluent) that is safer for the environment. A by-product of sewage treatment is usually a semi-solid waste or slurry, called sewage sludge. The sludge has to undergo further treatment before being suitable for disposal or application to land.

Rain water harvesting (RWH) is a technique of collection and storage of rainwater into natural reservoirs or tanks, or the infiltration of surface water into subsurface aquifers (before it is lost as surface runoff). One method of rainwater harvesting is rooftop harvesting. With rooftop harvesting, most any surface — tiles, metal sheets, plastics, but not grass or palm leaf — can be used to intercept the flow of rainwater and provide a household with high-quality drinking water and year-round storage. Other uses include water for gardens, livestock, and irrigation, etc

Multiple Effect Evapoeator


The multiple-effect configuration combines two or more evaporator bodies to conserve steam, which is condensed in the first-effect heat exchanger only. Water evaporated in the first-effect vapor body is condensed in the second-effect heat exchanger, which provides energy for evaporation in the second-effect vapor body (and so on for additional effects). Vapor from the last effect flows to a condenser. The last-effect vapor body is maintained at a high vacuum with a steam-jet air ejector or mechanical vacuum pump. The driving force is the pressure drop from the first to the last effect

Demineralization Plant


Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from Water by using the ion exchange process.Demineralised Water is Water completely free (or almost) of dissolved minerals as a result of one of the following processes:
  • Distillation
  • Deionization
  • Membrane filtration (reverse osmosis or nano filtration)
  • Electrodyalisis
  • Or other technologies.
Demineralised Water also known as Deionized Water, Water that has had its mineral ions removed. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc are common ions present in Water. Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which provides ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in Water with Water forming H+ and OH- ions. Because the majority of Water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity Water that is generally similar to distilled Water, and this process is quick and without scale build up. De-mineralization technology is the proven process for treatment of Water. A DM Water System produces mineral free Water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, Degasification, and polishing. Demineralised Water System finds wide application in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling.

Softener Plant


The presence of calcium & magnesium lead to the formation of scale which in turn results into clogging pipe lines and fixture, scaling boiler tube, cooling tower fines, solar heater coils or stains on fabric. The water softener manufacture red by us remove this hardness in feed water & prevent scale formation on the water and ensures optimum heat transfer & efficient performance.

Bag Filter


DIS have experience of control Flue gas produced from wood/Coal/lignite boiler according to Pollution control board standards. We are manufacturing bag filers according to recommended outflow limit SPM & additionally manufacturing Packed bed scrubber if Sulphur gas is a constraint. Our bag filter is suitable for high temperature flue gases. Our bag filters are additionally equipped with safety devices like:

Cyclone Separator


Cyclone separators utilize gravity and a vortex to remove particulates from gaseous streams. Industrial cyclones are used in pollution control applications most commonly as a first stage, lower cost method for removing larger particulate matter (PM) from effluent gas streams. Because cyclone separators do not incorporate filter media or moving parts, the pressure drop (therefore, operating costs) and maintenance requirements tend to be low. They can also be constructed to withstand harsh operating conditions, and since separation in cyclones is a dry process, the equipment is less prone to moisture corrosion.

Fully Automatic Food Waste Composting Machine
