Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Effluent Treatment Plant or ETP is one type of waste water treatment method which is particularly designed to purify industrial waste water for its reuse and it’s aim is to release safe water to environment from the harmful effect caused by the effluent. We are the leading Manufacturer of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) in India, Gujarat (Commercial State). We offer a wide range of process for removing and recycling the water / Wastewater, chemicals and recovery of precious metals. We are doing Design supply installation for various types of industries like Paper and Pulp Industry, Beverage Industry Textile Industry Chemical industry Pharmaceutical industry Food Industry Hotels Automobile industry & others. We have provided Mobile Effluent Treatment Plant also as per requirement of client construction site.
We are leading Manufacturer and Exporters of Commercial and Industrial RO Plant from India. Our range of products is available in a variety of flow rates and can be customised as per customer specifications and requirements. They can be configured to suffice a plethora of purposes, including those in water processing industries, food and beverages sectors, pharmaceutical factories, and boiler feedwater systems. RO Plant Process essentially filters highly concentrated dissolved solids from water by forcing the water through a membrane by applying pressure in the solution Reverse Osmosis has gained wide acceptance and popularity due to its simple operation and the ability to withstand variations in feed water quality.
The multiple-effect configuration combines two or more evaporator bodies to conserve steam, which is condensed in the first-effect heat exchanger only. Water evaporated in the first-effect vapor body is condensed in the second-effect heat exchanger, which provides energy for evaporation in the second-effect vapor body (and so on for additional effects). Vapor from the last effect flows to a condenser. The last-effect vapor body is maintained at a high vacuum with a steam-jet air ejector or mechanical vacuum pump. The driving force is the pressure drop from the first to the last effect
Cyclone separators utilize gravity and a vortex to remove particulates from gaseous streams. Industrial cyclones are used in pollution control applications most commonly as a first stage, lower cost method for removing larger particulate matter (PM) from effluent gas streams. Because cyclone separators do not incorporate filter media or moving parts, the pressure drop (therefore, operating costs) and maintenance requirements tend to be low. They can also be constructed to withstand harsh operating conditions, and since separation in cyclones is a dry process, the equipment is less prone to moisture corrosion.
When we talk of fresh and pure water with health benefits, mineral water is only option in our mind. The taste and the freshness of mineral water have made it a choice of doctors also. Any products consisting of mineral has lot of health benefits .Thus, consuming mineral water is a blessing for the well being of every individual.
